Ordered some riding glasses and when I received the order there was nothing in the box. I have raised this with opticians direct who are waiting for Royal Mail to conduct their investigations however this is almost 2 weeks now and no resolution, I am still without my glasses. I appreciate waiting on RM however this has been told can be a further two weeks with delays because how busy it is.
I am concerned now that I will not receive these before x mad now due to postage delays

I ordered a pair of polarised ray ban sunglasses, pleased to get them a little cheaper than usual.
They came within a few days of ordering, which I thought was great! Unfortunately they came with scratched lenses, so I sent them back and asked for an undamaged pair. Considering it’s now been 10 days since my original order, the fact they arrived faulty, I still haven’t been reimbursed for the postage AND my replacement pair still haven’t been shipped yet, is really poor. No sign of replacement pair being shipped, no good will offered either. I should have saved myself the trouble and bought directly from ray ban!
UPDATE:
Replacement glasses arrived a day after, full postage amount refunded back to me. All representatives were very nice & helpful - would have been nice to have had a lil compensation like 10% off as the original product was faulty and I had to return etc but all in all, not a terrible experience as they did sort it out!
Excellent customer service and massive saving on my spectacles. I now will only buy my glasses from opticians direct.
Good choice of frames with a wide variety of prices. The optician I saw gave me his professional opinion on my problem. In the shop I was served by Ange who was very helpful. Collecting my second pare of glasses in a few days and waiting for more frames to come. Overall, professional and passionate people&safe environment.
